RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. From your reserved area, create a Return Order by selecting the products and quantities you intend to return.

2. Click the PRINT RETURN LABEL button and apply it to the package. Please remember to remove any existing labels from the parcel.

3. Drop off the package at the nearest UPS access point (search here).

• FOR CUSTOMERS RESIDING IN ITALY:
  When processing the return, we will issue a refund for the amount corresponding to the returned products, withholding the shipping/return cost (€ 8.00) and any cash-on-delivery fee (€ 7.00).

• FOR CUSTOMERS RESIDING ABROAD:
