HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
1. From your reserved area, create a Return order by selecting the products and quantities you wish to return.
2. Send the product (s) (You have to pay return shipping costs)
3. We will not charge any return handling fees and will refund the full amount of returned products.

You can make your return order within 15 days from the delivery date of the items, and send your return within 15 days from the date of creation of the return order. It is possible to send the articles made exclusively by the country in which they were sent
Return the item in its original condition: if your return does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to reimburse and the item will be delivered to you again.

If the product reveals shortcomings, the client is required to request the return within a maximum of eight working days (ART.1495 CODICE CIVILE cc1)

The method of re-credit will follow the method used for payment:
PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARDS: the refund will be made on the same credit card used at the time of purchase; the time necessary for the receipt of the credit varies according to the Banking Institute.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS: the refund will be visible in your Paypal account within 48 hours of receiving the refund confirmation e-mail.
CASH ON DELIVERY PAYMENT: the refund will be made through a bank transfer to a current account or postal account indicated by you; the time depends on your institution.
We will refund you within 30 working days from the date of delivery of the return to the warehouse and we will notify you by e-mail. In case of orders canceled before their shipment, if the amount has been already charged, the refund will be made within 3 working days from the acceptance of the request.
If your order has been shipped outside the EU, taxes and customs duties can not be reimbursed by us: try to contact your relevant Customs Office, they could help you to recover those costs.
