1. Order acceptance requirements


To place an order on our website, you must:


- Be 18 years of age or over

- Provide us with your real name, contact information and payment details when placing an order


- Provide us with your delivery address


- Own a valid payment method accepted by our website.


2. Our Business Policy

2.1 The Seller sells products on and its e-commerce business services are made available exclusively to its ‘end users’, which shall mean any individual who is acting on for personal purposes only. If you are not an end user, please do not buy any products from our website.

2.2 The Seller reserves the right not to process orders which do not comply with his Business Policy.

2.3 Our Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the Seller and users. Such conditions DO NOT govern the supply of services, or sale of products performed by third parties through links, banners, or other hypertext links.

We therefore advise you to check the Conditions of Sale of these third-party websites before submitting orders and purchasing products and services on our website. The Seller shall under no circumstances be deemed liable for such activities.

3. How to conclude a contract with the Seller

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance in accordance with the conditions described in this section. 

3.1 You must confirm the details of your order, including your address and payment details, prior to submitting your order.

3.2 The order form contains a summary of our Conditions of Sale and Return Policy, which we advise that you read very carefully. You may print, save or reproduce a copy thereof for your personal use only. The order form also contains information on the main features of each product and their prices (including all applicable fees and taxes), the payment methods that you may use when purchasing, shipping terms, shipping and delivery costs as wells as our Conditions for withdrawal.

3.3 The order form will be filed in our database for as long as needed to process your order and in compliance with legal terms. To view your order form, please log in to your Account and check the ‘My Orders’ section.

3.4 When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it successfully. Please note this will not be an order confirmation or acceptance email.


3.5 We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been dispatched for delivery. Please not this will not be an order confirmation and acceptance email.


3.6 Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be delivered within 30 days upon confirmation of your order. If we are unable to deliver your order within this period, we reserve the right to cancel it.


3.7 Once you press the ‘SUBMIT ORDER’ button, you have given us permission to process your order as requested.


We may be unable to accept your order, or reject it, because:


- one or more items in your order are no longer available


- we are unable to process payment for your order, or your chosen payment method has been refused


- we have identified a pricing or product description error


- your order fails to meet the requirements of local import restrictions or at your delivery destination


- you fail to meet our order eligibility criteria or have failed to comply with our terms.


If we are unable to accept your order, our Customer Service team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.


Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you a purchase receipt by email, containing information already described in the order form (Conditions of Sale, main features of products, detailed information on prices, terms of payment, Return Policy and shipping costs).


4. Guarantees, prices, products description, and restrictions


4.1 offers products belonging to different brands and purchased directly from the company representing those brands.


4.2 The Seller does not sell second-hand products, flawed products, or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.


4.3 Description pages on describe the main features of each product. Occasionally, colors may differ from the images shown on the website due to your computer/device screen resolution or settings.


4.4 Prices for products on our website may change. Please make sure you check the final sale price before submitting the corresponding order form.


4.5 Orders shipping to any addresses that the Seller cannot deliver to are cannot be accepted.


4.6 All products come with an identification tag attached and a disposable seal. If you are not sure you are keeping the items you purchased, please do not remove the tag and seal.


4.7 If you decide to return your items, the Seller may refuse to accept products that are damaged, devoid of the tag or that have been altered in their main features or quality.

4.8 The matter of after-sales guarantees is governed by the Consumer Code, specifically in Article 128 et seq. Legal guarantee shall last for a period of two years from the delivery of the goods. The cases in which the seller’s liability is excluded:

- in case of knowledge of the defect by the consumer

- in case of knowledge of the defect by the consumer with ordinary diligence

- if the conformity defect derives from instructions or materials provided by the consumer.


To benefit from such legal guarantee, the Consumer must notify the seller of the defect. In order to eliminate the lack of conformity, the consumer can ask, at his choice, for the ‘repair’ or ‘replacement’ of the goods. The repair or replacement are free of charge. However, the consumer’s discretion will be limited if the remedy requested is objectively impossible or involves excessive costs for the seller. The impossibility will have to be assessed depending on whether the replacement concerns. Price reduction or termination of the contract are options that the consumer can only exercise if the request for repair or replacement of the defective good has not been successful. However, if the defect is ‘minor’, only a price reduction can be claimed. A ‘minor defect’ must be intended as in any way not affecting the use of the goods.

5. Payment methods 

Payment of products purchased on is to be made by using one of the following procedures:

- Cash on delivery

- By bank transfer

- With ScalaPay (such method allows you to receive your items immediately and pay them in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their transferees, and that you must authorize the transfer).

8. Right of withdrawal 

8.1 You are entitled to withdraw from the contract with the Seller, without any penalty and without providing a reason, within 14 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. It is NOT possible to return an item and exchange it with another one.

9. Applicable legislation

Our Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and, specifically, by the Italian legislative decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 on distance contracts, and by the Italian legislative decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on given e-commerce aspects.
