If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products, without any penalties.
1. General Information
You can return your items up to 14 days from the date you received them by filling out a return authorization form that you will find in your Reserved Area.
We will confirm receipt of your request and provide you with your return number by email.
The products to be returned must be picked up by the courier within 14 working days after the Seller has been informed of your decision to return them. Products may be returned by sending the parcel through the courier selected by the Seller, or through another courier at the customer’s expense, only after receiving the return number.
It is not possible to return an item and exchange it for another. For further information on exchanges, please contact our Customer Service team.
2. Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be exercised only if the following conditions have been fully met:
A. The return authorization form must be correctly filled out and sent to the Seller within 14 days from the date of delivery.
B. The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. For hygiene and safety reasons, products in such conditions cannot be refunded, especially if they have undergone any alteration, damage, or customizations.
C. The identification tag and disposable seal must not be removed, as they account for an integral part of the item. Returned items without the tag or seal will NOT be accepted.
D. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories included in the item.
E. Returned products must be sent from the country the order has been submitted from.
F. Returned items must be sent within 14 days after you have submitted the return authorization form.
If you have met all the conditions requested, the Seller will refund you the price of the items. If the returned products cannot be accepted due to non-compliance with the conditions set out above, we will contact you as soon as possible. In such event, you may choose to have your items returned at your own expense. If you refuse such condition, the Seller is entitled to retain the products and the amount you paid for.
3. Receiving a refund
Once the Seller has received the returned items and made sure that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance.
Your refund will be issued as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made at least within 14 days from when the Seller has been informed of your decision to return your items.
Refunds will be credited according to the original method of payment:
A. BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Times may vary depending on the card-issuing bank.
B. CASH ON DELIVERY (if available): refund will be issued to the current account selected by you. Times depend on information you submit, which shall true, accurate, current, and complete. Generally, refunds take up to 14 days. Please remember that you must own a Bank Account in order to receive a refund for orders you paid for upon delivery.
C. VIA PAYPAL (if available): refund will be issued to your PayPal account and will show immediately. Actual refund on your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
D. WITH SCALAPAY: refund will show on your account within 48 hours of receiving the email confirming your refund.
ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO: Caposerio, Via Roma 14, 90015, Cefalù, Palermo (PA), Italy.
If orders are canceled prior to shipment, refund will be issued within 3 working days from when your request has been accepted. If your order has been shipped outside the EU, custom duties will be at your expense. Please contact your local Customs Office for any help on how to regain these costs.
