If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on caposerio.com.
1. Methods for exercising the right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your products by filling in the return order that you find in your reserved area. The products to be returned must be shipped within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The products can be returned by shipping the package only after obtaining the return number.
However, it is not possible to change the chosen garment with another (contact our customer service for more information on replacements).
2. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
A. The return order request must be correctly completed in your reserved area within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.
B. The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged (ART.1490 CIVIL CODE cc1 / ART.1495 CIVIL CODE cc1).
C. The identification tag must still be attached to the products. All products offered for sale by the Seller are equipped with an identification tag, which is an integral part of the asset.
We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal because returned products that do not have them will not be accepted.
D. Products must be returned in their original packaging complete with any accessories shipped with the products.
E. The returned products must be shipped from the country where you placed the order.
F. Returned products must be shipped within fourteen (14) days from the date you made your return order request.
If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund you the price of the products purchased. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions.
In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.
The return shipping is paid by the seller for Italy (for orders over € 90) and by the customer for the rest of the world.
Your responsibility remains in case of loss or damage to the products during transport only in the event that the shipment is at your expense.
4. Refund times and methods
After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
Whatever payment method you use (credit / debit card or cash on delivery), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it came to knowledge of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once you have verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the conditions set out above.
The actual time for crediting or returning the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
A. cash on delivery (if available): the refund takes place on the current account indicated by you, therefore the refund time depends on the correctness of the data you enter; the re-credit normally takes place within fourteen (14) days. Please remember that it is necessary to have a bank account to receive a re-credit for an order paid on delivery.
B. purchase via PayPal (if available): the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.

You can place your return order within 14 days from the delivery date of the items, and ship your return within 14 days from the date of creation of the return order.
It is possible to send the artitems returned exclusively from the country to which they were sent.
