Return Policy

CAPOSERIO.COM’s core mission is to ensure customer satisfaction.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return products, without any penalties.


1. General Information

You can submit a return request within 14 days from the date of delivery by filling out a return authorization, available in your Account.

Items must be returned within 14 business days from the date the Seller has been informed of your return request. You can return products using the courier selected by the Seller, or selecting another courier at your own discretion and expense. If you choose not to use the pre-printed return label and return your purchase with a different courier, no return fee will be deducted from your refund. 

If you need to exchange your item(s), please contact our Customer Service Team.

 

2. Terms and Conditions

 The right to return products shall be exercised only if the following conditions have been fully met:

a) log in to your Account (refer to the My Orders section if you have signed in or Orders and Returns if you have purchased as a guest) within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date;

b) items must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged for hygiene and safety reasons*;

c) if you are unsure about keeping your purchase, please DO NOT remove the designer tag and disposable seal for any reason, as they account for an integral part of the item*;

d) returns must include all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags that come with items;

e) if you return items that are creased or stained due to poor or bad packaging, we reserve the right to deduct 10% off the refund to cover laundry and ironing costs;

f) if you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide photographic evidence in order to process your claim;

g) to ensure your return is covered by our Return Policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered;

h) returns must be shipped within fourteen (14) days from the date of the request;

*We reserve the right NOT to accept any return if products have been used, worn, damaged, washed or altered from their original condition in any way, or if the designer tag and disposable seal are not attached.

If you have met all the conditions mentioned above, the Seller will refund you the full value of the items. If returns do not comply with our conditions, our Customer Service Team will contact you as soon as possibile and explain the reason why we cannot accept your return. In this instance, you may choose to have the products sent back to you. If you refuse such condition, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount you paid for.


3. Refund 

Once your return has reached our warehouse and pass our QC (quality control) testing, You will receive an email to confirm once your return has arrived back with us. 

Your refund will be issued as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from when the date we have received your return. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. Such costs can vary depending on the country returns have been shipped from.

Refunds will be credited according to the original method of payment.

a) If you have paid by credit/debit card, your refund will be issued to the original payment (times may vary depending on the card-issuing bank).

b) For customers located in Italy ONLY: If you have placed a cash-on-delivery order, you will have to provide an IBAN code. Please make sure you enter the correct details and information and that IBAN code must be associated with an existing bank account.

c) If you have paid with PayPal, your refund will be issued to your PayPal account and will show immediately. PayPal refunds are usually issued to your original payment method, but the time it takes to receive the refund depends on the payment method and card issuer. 

d) If you have paid with Scalapay, it can take up to 48 hours for a refund to appear in your account after you receive an email from Scalapay confirming the refund.

e) If you have paid with Klarna, it can take up to 48 hours for a refund to appear in your account after you receive an email from Klarna confirming the refund.


STORE CREDIT ISSUANCE

At the time of requesting a return, you may choose to convert the total value of the returned items into a VOUCHER (Store Credit) to be used for a future purchase. By selecting this option, you will receive the full order amount credited, with no deduction for return costs, which would otherwise be withheld in the case of a standard refund.

Store Credit:

-can be used for multiple purchases until fully spent;

-is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance;

-cannot be combined with other Store Credits or coupons in euros.

If you return an order paid with Store Credit, the refund will be issued to the same voucher. If you select Store Credit as your refund method, no return costs will be deducted. However, we reserve the right to deduct return/shipping costs if you decide to return an exchanged item.

If orders are canceled prior to shipment, refunds will be issued within 3 working days from the date your request has been accepted.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. From your Reserved Area, create a return order by selecting the products and quantities you intend to return and specifying the reason for your return.

2. Click the PRINT RETURN LABEL button and apply it to your neck. We remind you to remove any pre-existing labels on the package.

3. Leave your package at the nearest UPS access point (search here).


FOR CUSTOMERS RESIDING IN ITALY: when processing the return we will issue the refund of the amount related to the returned products withholding the cost of shipping (EUR 8.00) and any extra costs (mark, gift box, etc).

FOR CUSTOMERS RESIDING ABROAD: when processing the return we will issue the refund of the amount related to the returned products withholding the cost of shipping (see table Countries) and any extra costs (gift package).
